GES Biometric Registration: Date And Deadline As Registration Kicks Off
The Ghana Education Service (GES) as part of it’s usual processes of capturing the data of Newly Trained teachers onto their system and also to enroll them on the GoG platform to facilitate the payment of salaries of all teachers, has released a time schedule for teachers who have now received their Staff ID to proceed to have their data captured.
In a post by GES and captured by Newsvibz, the registration kicks off on Monday June 15. It starts with the Ashanti Region where 298 GES Staff will have the opportunity to enroll onto the GoG system and start receiving their salaries.
The deadline for teachers from Ashanti Region is June 16.
Next will be that of teachers of Brong Ahafo Region, where a total staff count of 89 will begin their registration on June 16 and end on June 17.
Central Region has a total of 19 while Eastern has 40. Greater Accra with 35 staff count, Northern 56, Upper East 36, Upper West 26 and Volta with 32. All 6 Regions mentioned in this paragraph will have their registration on June 17 and end on June 18.
The last region to have their data captured will be Western, where a total of 155 staff count will participate in this registration. They are scheduled to start the process on June 18 and end on June 19.
In all, 796 newly trained teachers will have their Biometric data captured. The venue for the registration will be the GNAT Hall at Accra.
No specific time has been outlined for teachers to report but it will be in the best interest of all involved to make sure they are there on time as the process is done on a first come first served basis.
