COVID-19 Vaccines: Ghana To Receive First Set Tomorrow

The Government of Ghana will on Wednesday February 24, 2021 receive their first set of Covid-19 vaccines.

Officials  will meet the team and collect the Vaccines at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra. The Public Relations Officer, Munira Karim singed the statement.

The Minister for Health Designate, Kwaku Agyeman Manu, who also doubles as a Member of Parliament (MP), will lead the team to receive the vaccines.

The time for receiving the Vaccines at the airport is 7:00am and the general public should to take note of the ceremony.

The brief ceremony for the collection of the vaccine will be live on Ghana Television (GTV), also on the Ministry of Health Facebook page.

Though, it will be live on GTV, media houses are to cover the event  live from the platforms.
